Andrea is responsible for protecting and building the organization’s leadership position in individual participating life insurance by offering solutions targeted at meeting the needs of all Canadians. She leads a team whose focus is par product and dividend management, including the annual dividend scale review, par product development, pricing and contracts. Her team is also responsible for launching and maintaining illustrations for all insurance products, providing special illustrations that are not available on our software, supporting large case needs such as actuarial and tax expertise and providing subject matter expertise for all insurance marketing and communication.

Andrea has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held positions in various areas including non-par insurance solutions, actuarial marketing and large-case services, individual retirement product development and pricing, individual insurance and investment products research, reinsurance and group large cases.

Andrea graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Mathematics. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Andrea is a member of the Women in Leadership steering committee and works with the local London group to focus on opportunities for mentoring, networking and encouraging up-and-coming female leaders in the company.
