Paul joined the organization as Executive Vice-President, Individual Customer in December 2018.
Paul is focused on leading the Individual Customer business and the team of approximately 2,000 employees, delivering market-leading insurance and wealth management solutions. In addition, Paul serves as the Diversity Leadership Council Champion, to accelerate the company’s efforts to embed diversity and inclusion within our Canadian operations’ business and organizational priorities.
Prior to joining Canada Life, Paul spent 25 years in the areas of personal banking, wealth management and strategy consulting to leading financial institutions. He was a Partner and Managing Director at BCG, and most recently served as the Senior Vice-President, Personal Savings & Investing and President at TD Mutual Funds.
Paul has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Business Administration from the Ivey Business School, Western University. Paul is based in Toronto.
