With over 35 years in the industry, Cheryl is passionate about customer service and ensuring the needs of clients and advisors are met.

Since joining the Group Retirement Service (GRS) division in 1988, Cheryl has held a variety of roles. Currently she oversees the Individual Customer Operations and Customer Service teams which includes 1,600 staff coast to coast who service Wealth and Insurance products for Canada Life and Quadrus Investment Services Ltd.

Cheryl obtained her BA from Western University in 1987. She has continued a connection to Western as an Executive in Residence for Ivey Business school’s HBA program. She has obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation, Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation, Partners, Directors and Senior Officers course from the Canadian Securities Institute, and recently obtained her green belt in Lean Six Sigma focusing on process improvement.
